“We stayed over Labor Day weekend with 2 families (4 kids ages 11-18) and we loved the property! Neighborhood felt safe with plenty to do with nearby stores, restaurants, and shops. The home was extremely clean with plenty of space and privacy for all. The game room was a hit, but the pool table is not standard size and pushed against the wall so we really didn’t use it. As another reviewer said, the main room downstairs has a (very large) closet that was converted into the bunk room so you do have to walk through the bedroom and bathroom to get to it. Not a big deal for us because we loved being close to our kids, but there aren’t any doors between the bunk room and bathroom, and there isn’t a door on the toilet closet in that bathroom so privacy can be an issue for some. However, there’s a powder room right off that bedroom and we were all fine using that when we wanted privacy. The upstairs took a while to cool down, but once it did it was nice and comfortable. We would stay again!!”

“Excellent house in a new neighborhood. It is very convenient to both Austin and COTA. We are a race team and 7 of us were very comfortable in this house. Highly recommended. Host is super responsive too!”
